I had no issues except the automated system didn't recognize my home address. Had to reserve by going in-person, which worked out fine.

Aaron D | First ImpressionsWhen personally refilling the truck before return, as requested by the staff, the needle in the fuel gauge stuck which caused me to overfill the required amount. When asked about a refund on the extra money invested I was told there is no way to gauge the amount of access fuel deposited, therefore I could not be refunded the additional money I spent which was very disappointing. Instead of having the issue resolved, I felt as if my concern was not a priority nor handled with integrity
