My unit had rats in it after only a year of using it. The ceiling insulation was collapsing on my stuff and I had to pay $100 a month for that. Can’t forget that when I finished with using everything I was given an improper closure of my account and storage. Therefore they called me saying I was late on my payment, for the unit I just stopped my service.

THEY STATED I MOVED OUT WAY AFTER I MOVED OUT SO THEY CHARGE ME FULL PRICE WHEN ONE REP IF I MOVE OUT ON THE DAY I DID I WOULDNT BE CHARGED WHICH I HAVE PROOF OF!! THE UNITS WERE DIRTY ASF THEY STAFF IS RUDE AND JUST TRY TO CHARGE EXTRA MONEY FOR NO REASON!!!! I had my unit for two years (climate controlled on the first floor) and I never had bugs or infestations of any kind so I know they were sure to check for bugs often.
