3 months in half my belongings were ruined with rats. Then hurricane flooding. I STILL have not been able to start a claim from lack of contact with the insurance policy UHAUL sold me. Past manager was kind, flexible and helpful. Current female office staff one of the rudest agents I've ever dealt with. You guys just read policy and say have a nice life.

I have been using another climate controlled Uhaul unit at another location for years and UHaul pricing is very reasonable and no bugs. Overall I am happy with UHaul.

jennifer r | Overall ExperienceRats/mice 🐁 🐀 in my storage evident by the many turds 💩 I would find every time I’d go into my unit. The ONLY solution? Move? Into an available unit bigger than the one I needed. (Which means pay more money.) crazy - AND my unit got water in it every time it rained. Gonna have to file an insurance claim for my electronics. Outside of the staff-worst storage experience ever.

Robert S | Overall ExperienceIf I could rate this place a zero I would. My unit was infested with rats. And they knew they had them because there was a rat poison box in the unit. The manager Kenzie was very rude and nasty when the problem was brought up. When I told him I was going to call corporate he said “what if corporate going to do”. Also management is NEVER there. Won’t ever recommend to a friend nor will I use this place again.
