It is very difficult to get to the storage because of the trucks that are constantly in the way. The lot is organized but people who rent storage space find it difficult to get to their door.

HELDER D | Online Move InShaq & his staff earned a 10+. The level of service,, courtesy and knowledge was very clear with the info on the rental trucks. They were all very friendly, professional and helpful. Ricardo was excellent too! It’s a busy location but I was never rushed. The building/storage I eventually rented was very clean and it remained that way at all times. What I found incredible was how they maintained a public bathroom so clean. Movng is one of the biggest stressors one can experience and Shaquille Davis and his team definitely helped me get through a tough time with a smile. I have recommended this location in particular to friends, family and will continue to do so because I truly can say I had an EXCELLENT experience with U Haul at the East Orlando location because of Shaq…..thank you! However, the location is too small and congested for the amount of Uhaul equipment on the lot, which leaves very little room to get in or out for loading/unloading into the storage lockers. Though it would be costly, it might be better if Uhaul would either store some of their equipment off site, or entirely move the equipment rental operation to another location.
