The nicest people - seriously they went out of their way to help us make this an easy move. 10/10 great experience. Also, the hours were convenient which is huge for trying to get everything done before getting to U-Haul office. The storage unit was pristine!

Shoutout to the amazing Rez at 47 Industrial Road—he was super helpful in getting us set up and on the road smoothly to our destination in Oshawa. And big thanks to Victoria and Cody at the Taunton Oshawa location, who made the storage process a breeze. They were extremely helpful in getting us boarded and settled in with no hassle. Took a long time to get checked in. Wasn't told you supplied locks so I bought one and was told I couldn't get a refund.
