JON W | Overall ExperienceThe one thing you MUST do is install a 2nd elevator. The elevator is slow, I understand that. However when Baby Boomer's got my 2nd load they were delayed over 2 hours just standing and waiting for the elevator in line. There was a company moving a bunch of big stuff out. That was just 1/3 of my stuff. To give you perspective, when Good Greek put my things in storage it took 2 men about 3.5 hours. - Install a 2nd elevator - it will pay off in the long run. Your people are great. Kelly took such good care of my from my first phone call from Florida. The young fellow who checked me out was also outstanding. He looked information up for me and then went up to get 2 lock off of my units for me. I am 71 years old and had been unloading things in my new home for 2 days and was exhausted. I asked if he would and he was glad to do that errand for me. (there were no other customers waiting for anything so he could). All the people at that facility seem like they go above and beyond. Even when I was putting my stuff into storage, I remember the fell who cleans up because he, obviously, cared so much about the facility, people he worked with and appreciated his job.
