They just kept texting my phone . It made me feel kindly like they thought I was going to steal from them. Also they wanted me to deliver a trainer for them and right at the end of it they backed out. Hmmmm..

The manager was extremely helpful and explaining everything to me and was very courteous. I am an elderly woman, and sometimes things have to be explained more than once. He was very patient.

Valerie M | Overall ExperienceAbout the question “was the staff friendly and helpful?”: Friendly, yes. Helpful, not so much. Your employees are only as good as their training. You have 2 men at the counter handling customers, but only one, Deshaun, knew how to use the computer. The other one just sat there unable to assist me until finally Deshaun explained how to log into your website. It took a miserable half hour just to get my reserved storage locker that I had preregistered and set up online. It’s sad that your less knowledgeable employee didn’t receive the proper training to do the job. Maybe it was his first day? I think he could do a lot better if you work with him. I don’t understand how the website indicates access up until 10pm, but there’s no one there after 7pm for a key.
