I stored my belongings at this location for two years after experiencing one of the most difficult and uncertain times in my life. I lost my Home, and the heartbreak was overwhelming, and having to placed my personal belonging into storage was an emotional experience in itself. They treated me with compassion, kindness, patient and dignity. They never made me feel judged or like I was just another customer. They were understanding and accommodating, and genuinely cared for two years. They consistently went above and beyond the expected level of service. Frank I | Overall ExperienceI am disappointed in the fact that u haul charges as much for the 10x10 storage as the 10x15 and continently NEVER have the 10x15. It’s a ripoff. The 10x10 is so small that I may have to get a second space. As a senior it will be a bit much! If it were not for Brittany and Carlos I may have changed my mind. They are very nice, patient and helpful. There was another guy who helped me out but I’m sorry that I didn’t remember his name. He said he was new.
