Roof leaked on our unit. Was told several times roof was fixed and was not. Was told a tarp would be put over unit until roof was fixed and was not. Lied to over n over. Poor service

Angie S | Overall ExperienceThe woman who was helping me was very friendly. But I ran into a couple issues and was there for quite some time. The computer systems were being difficult. Then when I finally got my card to enter my unit I was told the one drive in side was broken. I then went to the other side of the building. My card wouldn’t work. I had to go back in. Then they set me up just using a code. Went to the other side again. Code didn’t work. I then called on the intercom. The lady said someone would be there as soon as possible. I waited a bit. Then I called again. The person supposed to come was busy with another customer. I was unable to access my unit yesterday because I had an appointment to be at. I was unable to unload the items I needed to. I will try again today. There just was not enough staff to take care of customers yesterday. When I was there, there were 3 people behind me.
