When I arrived in Pensacola after driving about 500 miles, the other location didn’t find any storage for me, saying it’s a high season, but they called Katherine and she said: we’ll find something. And they did. Besides that they found what was a kinda small for my stuff, they went an extra mile and arranged an extra storage for my sofas. Every minute of communication I felt that the couple treated my belongings and my problem as their own. Mild in conversation, strong in their word keeping, willing to help, Katherine and Mike deserve more than just an excellent review and a hug. Thank you so much and see you soon.
