They keep clients on phone on hold for way to long. They never come back to update you when your put on hold. Most of the time I would have to drive to facility for help.

I was electrocuted the day I tried to move stuff into my unit.
cira g | Overall ExperienceIt was very hard to get inside of the gate. They could not get the code to work correctly for me. Also, they gave me a storage that was already in use and took forever to give me another storage. I literally just had to pick my own and let them know what number I chose because customer service was not acting quickly or anything. I was stuck there for over 30 minutes just waiting alone.

Jennifer V | Overall ExperienceU-Haul truck was on empty. When talk to customer representative. He explain that the people that had it last brought it back on empty and the charge them for it. They did not put gas in the truck. Also they told us that we had to do it ourselves. The truck was making sounds and we was driving it and we wasn’t sure that the truck was going to make it. The experience was overall bad and the only thing I actually appreciated was closing out my storage

When I moved out of said storage I went into the building to tell them and they never did anything. I called multiple times, emailed and used the app to try to process my move out. They didn’t fix it until they tried to charge me for another month plus overdue fees when I had moved out 3 and a half weeks ago.
