Steven A | First ImpressionsI filed an insurance claim for water that leaked into the storage unit and my leather love seat and two large leather chairs were mildew damaged. The upholstery cleaners all stated that they could not clean it or restore the pieces. The insurance company wanted receipts showing the purchase price for the pieces. I did not have that information because that was over three years ago. I ended up having to take the pieces to the local dump. The Uhaul employee did inspect the unit (3002) and did confirm that there was a spot on the floor and further explained that the roofing may have caused the leak.
