I had safety concerns on a previous trip when I had a wobbly old trailer, and he addresses this by switching the equipment rental to a newer trailer. She does not know nothing about how to help me. I had to leave my stuff in the uhaul truck until the next day to go back to the store.

Also the entrance door was never locked and I was told it was broken. Not good at all. Because anyone could get into storage area.. I didn’t feel safe when I was working there.
