I reserve a unit thru the uhaul app and was told i had until 10pm to check in. When I got there I was told there was no available units until the following day, when I got there the next day the lady at the front desk walks me to my unit which had someone stuff already in it, so I got switched to another unit that was locked .so I had to clean out a 3rd unit that wasnt mine (very unsanitary) because that's all they had . Prior to me still having to unload my own uhaul truck . Terrible experience & staff not organized
