I have used Uhaul and the storage units about 5 times by now from multiple locations and the location at 8 E Oregon Ave in Philadelphia was by far my best experience. I will start by saying that for the most part, the past locations I've used either had subpar or an okay experience, the worst one being at the corporate location. This one, however, not only had a clean and organized location to work with but the most helpful staff I've encountered! Alan and Deena (sorry if I spelled the names wrong lol) were amazing and assisted me with any questions I had (I had quite a bit). They showed me the unit to make sure the size was just what I needed and made sure the van was readily available for me. When I felt a bit lost on how to use or get the van around, they came out in the cold to help me out. These were just some of the few ways I've expected for customer experience but did not receive from anywhere else but here. The staff and management were amazing and I know I'll be returning when the next time comes around, even if it's not the closet to my area! Thank you!!
