Lucas R | Overall Experienceprocess was smooth and efficient , even early in the morning, i was able to rent a truck a unit , move my stuff and return well within the mile limit and time limit discussed w the associate. saving me time and money. i budgeted for about twice the final cost . my only gripe was cart availability , the one flat cart at my time of need was damaged . and while i'm sure i could have bothered staff, i was on a time limit and well i'm an introvert. i made due.i do understand the location has unusual issues w local miscreants , they handle that issue well , if i didn't feel safe storing my stuff there i wouldn't.

The reason being because it’s very convenient and I’ve come to be familiar with the employees and know that they will assist me. Mostly I’d like to thank Francis the Manager for all her help with me moving out. She is the best. And yet again I had a smooth move out even thought I had to come a bunch of times after work but I’d still use and recommend this location again next time.
