I was told the wrong date for my things to be sold and everything was stolen from me. This feels very illegal and I will be filing a formal complaint.

ARCHIE M | First ImpressionsU-Haul 7750 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19152 - This location’s service is exceptional. I was displaced back in July of 2024 due to my apartment complex catching fire and I moved into a studio apartment so I wasn’t able to take all of my belongings with me. I had to store furniture and other items and this location serviced me for a year and a half. I moved my things out officially yesterday. So from July 2024 up until now, this location has never lacked customer service. Every time I had to speak to someone at the counter, or spoke to someone on the phone, everyone was always pleasant. Every single person there. They have an amazing staff. The absolute best! Every staff and team member deserves recognition, and to also train other locations on great customer service.

Daisy P | Overall ExperienceMy husband and I had had the storage unit for about a decade. We pretty much had to move a lot of things out of our basement so we could convert our basement into a mini apartment for my son and his wife after their daughter was born. My son and his family finally bought a house and we’re planning on moving out in the next month or two however over the last year my husband and I had experienced serious financial hardships Due to loss of employment. The staff was always kind and patient with us as we tried to maintain the storage unit and to make sure we stayed caught up in our payments. Then everything finally came to a head in September this year and there was just no way we could continue paying on the unit. The general manager was kind enough to give us some time to clean out the unit and gave us a more than generous offer so that we could leave our contract albeit a little earlier than we anticipated. Their kindness and consideration during a very difficult time has meant a great deal to our family. I will be sure to recommend them to others and if we were ever in the need of a storage unit in the future, we will definitely be looking at U-Haul and specifically at the location on Roosevelt Boulevard in NE Philadelphia

Ava H | First ImpressionsThis location always locked the doors at least 30mins prior to closing and they would park their rental trucks in the loading/unloading area. How are we suppose to conveniently use our storage units if we can’t even find parking. Then you would have people hovering outside that didn’t have access to their units harassing you to let them in.
Luis R | Overall ExperienceEverything was awesome the front desk lady gives me hope in society however one thing I did notice were roaches in the back of the uhaul hopefully they aren’t in the building I swept the ones I saw out before I loaded my stuff just not something someone wants to see when transporting their belongings
