candice j | Overall ExperienceI have had my storage units broken into repeatedly , and never has any investigation been done ..only told they don't want to get involved !!?? I THINK I have an idea WHO it may be ...? But As I cannot get cooperation what can I do about it..very possible it's a relative? They claim they have no key , they must get in with something , just to get past the gate !! But would the people there check the log of people coming in and out ? I asked at least stop these people, from being able to enter...they did something on a computer, but s recent notice of a payment due...a day one day late ,had a different person's name on it stating I was just the person to contact if this " other person" couldn't be reached! This " other name" was listed as the owner of my storage unit ..and that person was a friend of my relative !!? I am right now down to only one storage unit left there , I had four , but moved , so now unpacking my units, the one remaining is the one most often rummage through, I even put a different bigger lock to go with the original lock...then told that unit had to be changed because some how a HOLE was made in the door of that unit. !!?? I believe I have an idea what they are searching for...it the only real valuable item among all those units what can I do to settle this ???
lily p | Overall ExperiencePlease do not store your stuff here, you will not be happy about it. The staff may help you after a while, but it will take them a long time. There are so many mistakes and things I could write here, but there are just too many to mention. The latest one is that when we went to clean out our storage room the facility had put another lock on it, so we couldn’t get in. The manager finally came to unlock it, but it took him at least half an hour to get there. This place is just a mess. Happy to be done with them.
JAY H | Overall ExperienceAfter getting the glitches out of the key card working to open the gate, everything else was good. The young man at the counter was very helpful. When any errors were found, he was more than willing to fix them and correct them and make them right. He was very helpful. his name was David A, and he was very helpful. There was a little bit of a confusion, but he took care of it and everything was done any timely and well manner, which I appreciated very much.
