Please do not store your stuff here, you will not be happy about it. The staff may help you after a while, but it will take them a long time. There are so many mistakes and things I could write here, but there are just too many to mention. The latest one is that when we went to clean out our storage room the facility had put another lock on it, so we couldn’t get in. The manager finally came to unlock it, but it took him at least half an hour to get there. This place is just a mess. Happy to be done with them.

After getting the glitches out of the key card working to open the gate, everything else was good. The young man at the counter was very helpful. When any errors were found, he was more than willing to fix them and correct them and make them right. He was very helpful. his name was David A, and he was very helpful. There was a little bit of a confusion, but he took care of it and everything was done any timely and well manner, which I appreciated very much.
