This location runs a predatory financial scam using your possessions to extort funds without a contract or lease or agreement. If they call and tell you that they need their truck back early, just tell them no. Don’t let them convince you to put your stuff in a unit for free so that they can have the truck back sooner. They were scum bags until the end, and required external assistance to get my things back after months of giving hundreds of dollars. Amounts that were not based on any agreed upon lease or amount. Things that were only being stored as a favor so that they could get the truck back sooner than I had planned. When we finally went to clear out the unit, we were told that the original keys were needed, and would not allow us to cut off our own lock, and insisted that we drive an hour each way across town in rush hour to find said keys, even though it would turn out, that they had cut that lock off of the unit long before that day, and replaced it with new locks that only they had the keys to. They knew the whole time that our lock was long gone. Literally just to give us the runaround and waste our time and gas going to get the other keys. Stay as far away from this “pea and shell game”, charlatan operated, bate and switch facade of a business. Run away as fast as your feet will allow. Adam and Joey = scam artists.
