This location was perfect for us. We needed a place close to our home that we could store stuff long term. Prices were reasonable and staff extremely helpful both with move in and out. We had rented 1 smaller unit but at last minute needed another. Staff helped us get that on the same day. On move out, my grandson didn't notify the office of such and we got charged for the next month. I got a call from a young lady stating that one of the units didn't have a lock on it. They were doing a walk around and had noticed it. I told her that my grandson had moved out of both units the previous Tuesday evening. She was able to get a refund on the one that had been charged and I only had to pay the cleaning fee since he left some stuff in it. I can't recommend this place enough! We had stored stuff there for about 10 months with no issues. Kudos to the staff they are great!

WILLIAM P | First ImpressionsThis location runs a predatory financial scam using your possessions to extort funds without a contract or lease or agreement. If they call and tell you that they need their truck back early, just tell them no. Don’t let them convince you to put your stuff in a unit for free so that they can have the truck back sooner. They were scum bags until the end, and required external assistance to get my things back after months of giving hundreds of dollars. Amounts that were not based on any agreed upon lease or amount. Things that were only being stored as a favor so that they could get the truck back sooner than I had planned. When we finally went to clear out the unit, we were told that the original keys were needed, and would not allow us to cut off our own lock, and insisted that we drive an hour each way across town in rush hour to find said keys, even though it would turn out, that they had cut that lock off of the unit long before that day, and replaced it with new locks that only they had the keys to. They knew the whole time that our lock was long gone. Literally just to give us the runaround and waste our time and gas going to get the other keys. Stay as far away from this “pea and shell game”, charlatan operated, bate and switch facade of a business. Run away as fast as your feet will allow. Adam and Joey = scam artists.

Wende M | Overall ExperienceThe most f****** ridiculous experience of my f****** life I cannot believe how screwed I got when I came to rent at this s***** s*** whole location You have to be kidding me I asked for an 8x10 or some big huge room and the dumb f**** gave me two tiny rooms not even connected next to each other but not connected so the jukebox that I rented the storage for It didn't even fit in the f****** storage unit So when we got there with the U-Haul we had two tiny units instead of one big one which we went It was a nightmare All I can say it was a big f****** nightmare and I would never go back
