She is very polite, professional and pleasant. Her customer service skills are top notch. Speaks clearly and explained anything I wasn't clear about. I would also like to mention that I dealt with 3 different employees at the 24th Street/McDowell location and they all were polite, professional and pleasant. They all seemed to really enjoy their job and if I had to take a guess of why they all had such great attitudes, I would say that their leader Terrence leads by example. He too was wonderful to deal with. It was pleasant walking in to a business hearing and seeing such great teamwork. Everyone really has a great attitude there. They are definitely a great team! Thank you all.
