DAVID G | First ImpressionsEverything was great, and I was very happy with how easy the process was. After an unexpected move, U-Haul was extremely convenient for me. The only suggestion I would make is to have carts available for use after the office closes. It would have been very helpful to have cart assistance when dropping off additional items, but none were available, so I had to look for a dolly with a friend. I understand this may be due to concerns about theft; however, with the number of cameras on site, it seems likely that proper use could still be monitored. Other than that, I had a great experience—from the availability of the truck to the storage unit. Thank you.

She wouldn't take my payment and she reprimanded one of her employees in front of me and wouldn't take accountability for something she did. After 4 days in a row, of me going after work, it was finally resolved. But not by her. I have rented trucks for 20 years from uhaul and never had issues before. Marissa, Jose and Dominic were all witness to what happened and I just appreciate all the help and kindness they gave me.
