The only negative thing I have to say is I think I tented a unit that's not big enough but that's on me. And another thing I honestly think I should get a lower right because there's a pole in the unit.

My only complaint is that uhaul does NOT prorate your bill. I couldn't get my unit officially emptied until 3 days after I paid another full month's bill....not fair at all!

I asked 3 times over the phone with the national # and also at the facility if I could guarantee 24 hour access, and I was told Yes. Last night at 11 + pm, card would not go through Denied Access, but I had a car full of stuff loaded up & put in the garage quickly. I hope I didn't violate the Terms of Agreement because I really do need this convenient storage space to finish off aunt's estate & house sale - you are so close by.
