Staff was professional and facility was clean, but very bad lock policies, have to get a locksmith for 300$ instead of having staff capable of removing locks and check in/out system was pointless.

We were in a bit of a hurry to get our first few items offloaded and to get set up with some storage to allow work to happen in our new house. This facility has been the best experience of many good ones for us in terms of move-in. The setup of the facility and ease of access is about the best we have ever experienced. We really appreciate all of the help and flexibility even at the end of the work day and given not just without a complaint but with a smile. Thanks!

Shomari D. | Overall ExperienceThe only issues I have with the storage facility is that each time I went to my unit I did NOT use the security card and yet the alarm went off and nothing occurred. No staff came by to investigate, nothing. Had I been a bad actor it appears I would have been able to break into my unit with no intervention by staff. I also was unnerved when no staff were in the front office when I arrived to close my unit out and when I finished emptying it for inspection. The alarm went off and yet no staff came rushing out to see who I was for several minutes. Security here is very lax and I would hesitate to rent space here in the future.
