Between older parents and 12 out of State moves I’ve had multiple storage spaces over some 40 years. Without question Pittsfield storage was the best experience I ever had. Friendly, consummate professionals, who went above and beyond what was asked, and the facility was always immaculately clean over a 7 year continual experience. ROSAIDA R | Online Move InI used a large outdoor unit for about 7 months while moving. I moved most of my stuff with UHaul trucks. Movers added some of my stuff to the unit but failed to lock it. UHaul called me and added a lock. The unit was clean and dry, no bugs or critters. Access was convenient. Good location too. Pricing is a good value.

Her employee Robert is also cut from the same cloth and helped me with the final checkout requirements after i’ve had my things stored there for 15 years! Super clean facility no must no fuss easy entry all the time I needed to come and go never crowded. Very organized storage facility.
Kathi C | Overall ExperienceGlad we stored our belongings at U-Haul. Originally we used an outside storage facility but noticed there were a lot of spiders. A unit at U-Haul finally opened up so we rented a U-Haul truck and moved everything to the U-Haul storage unit. Our things were stored at U-Haul for about 3 1/2 years and we had no issues at all.
