How U-Haul Reviews WorkJustine Dus in the Pittsfield location is the worst management I have ever come across I had to contact her for an after hours emergency and she said why are you contacting me after hours on a weekend I'm with my grandbaby. Call during business hours and hung up on me. I was told by one of her employees that I had 24hr access to my unit she told me no one would ever tell me that?!! I could not finish moving and our belongings were stuck in the facility unsecured overnight. Anytime when having any interaction with her at all in the office location was always very unpleasant. She pushes her weight around with her employees as well. It's not a nice place to do business. Unfortunately we are very limited in this area for storage and truck rentals so there are not many options or I would definitely use a different company. Someone needs to look into her for sure.

Very knowledgeable. I don't know that I'll be in need of storage again but I'd use West housatonic uhaul again and I definitely would use their service for renting a truck

We emptied it yesterday and everything was exactly as we left it - not even dust on anything and we were on the second floor! It would be nice and helpful if the facility had an elevator but overall we would store here again if needed.
