Dorothea J | Overall ExperienceThe staff is always excellent, and they helped me get the employee discount because U-Haul doesn't make that easy to do on my end. The facility was clean and brightly lit, kinda smells like mothballs, but it's storage and it wasn't that strong, so it's okay. I wish it weren't so expensive, but that was incentive to move out! 😅
VINCENT R | Overall ExperienceYour staff are all courteous, respectful, and helpful. My wife is still smarting from the apparent miscommunication. I would note that we have been stressed by an eviction from out of the blue. Our weird landlord wants to put in new windows and totally renovated the kitchen followed presumably by a tripling or quadrupling of the rent. I would love to do freelance writing for you.

I ended up moving over 2 hours away and the location had become inconvenient for me. The final deciding factor was the notification of the pending rate increase. U-Haul was already the most expensive facility in the area per square foot (and with the lack of available units in the area and their top notch, clean, accessible and climate control facilities it could be justified).
