Best storage units around Pittsfield IMO.
Brittany M | Overall ExperienceThe building was always clean and accessible. The staff was already friendly and helpful. I ended up moving over 2 hours away and the location had become inconvenient for me. The final deciding factor was the notification of the pending rate increase. U-Haul was already the most expensive facility in the area per square foot (and with the lack of available units in the area and their top notch, clean, accessible and climate control facilities it could be justified).

Both Amber and Justine were professional, outgoing and friendly which made this moving experience more enjoyable! HEATHER L | Overall ExperienceThe service was EXCEPTIONAL. I loved interacting with everyone they were so nice! Like I wanted to be friends with them outside of uhaul. Everything was great. The only complaint I have is that the exit doesn’t open for just a human. One time I was being picked up by the exit but it wouldn’t open and my ride didn’t have a phone so I had to go all the way around it was brutal. Also I’d definitely pay extra for a covered spot! Just saying :) Thanks again and will 100% use you guys again if I need to!
