Bad customer services. Told me they were busy, but nothing wad being done anywhere wise in site. I was the only person in the office. Everybody was upfront. No noise outside. They’re lazy.

Tina S | Overall ExperienceMy only issues were the large doors were unable to be opened after the office closed, an infestation of cockroaches ( they were climbing the walls outside my unit), and homeless people apparently living inside. Fortunately I found no roaches in my stuff, but they are able to get in and out of the units. Staff was great, and helpful every time I interacted with them.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family.
