Marie b | Overall ExperienceI was overall pleased with the heated unit I rented. I didn’t like the rat poisoning product that was there in my unit. It was toxic and kept tipping over and spilling. I would have preferred a non toxic product that kills the rats but is safe for humans and pets. They are easily available. The employees were always friendly and helpful.
