My unit leaked, damaged most of my property. I am extremely unhappy with the leak and damage. Staff was fantastic helping with my rental and pleasnet when I had contact.

Monika B | Overall ExperienceNever used the unit due to us finding a residense. Cancelled the unit but couldn't get insurance payment reimbursed even though unit was never used or even opened. I guess uhaul and the insurance company needs the money more then common working people do
