JEFFREY D. | First ImpressionsMoving in was a little rough as the elevator was not working, I was a little concerned with the rodent bait box that was in my unit when I first opened it and I did read some of the reviews mentioning rodents, everything I am storing is in plastic except for some wooden furniture and I don't see any signs of activity when I go to my unit so I think they are doing all they can.

FRANCIS T. | First ImpressionsThis is a newer location of beautiful building awesome staff, well organized and well-maintained. I only have two complaints, one being the amount of transients that live in the area. There is a public bathroom in the front of the storage building when you enter and many times, I’ve seen transients and homeless, shower, and cleaning themselves in the bathroom, my other complaint is about the cat urine odor that was coming from several units near mine. I feel if the odor of the units being stored by a another tenant are so bad that it’s polluting the air in the entire building that tenants property should be asked to be removed.

Their on line phone system might be a little undesirable but the physical U Haul storage bldg was great. Easy to unload my box, lots of carts to use. Unit overall was great!!
