This was our first experience with storage. I wished I would have asked more questions when I reserved my space. We went directly to the storage facility expecting someone there who could help us with checking in. After what felt like an eternity on hold contacting the truck/ trailer store down the road. We were told that we needed to go to the store first and then storage. It’s a busy place with a lot of stuff going on with everything.

BENJAMIN C | Overall ExperienceWe were given the address of the place to take the truck before we left. I had my teenage kids as movers take a taxi to meet us there. When I got there, I discovered that I had been given the wrong address, as it was a gas station without a storage service. I called uhaul, was given another address and went there. When we arrived, there was storage, but no office to check in. That required another address. We drive to the office, got the information for the storage unit and took ANOTHER Uber there with the movers. When we finally got there, we discovered that the unit was on the second floor and there was no elevator!!! Had i known that they would need to carry my heavy boxes and furniture up a flight of stairs, I would have hired professionals!!! After this, we had to drive the van back to the original location, so we went over the mileage AND wasted a ridiculous amount of gas simply because the uhaul staff kept giving us incorrect information!!!
