Then it all came back!! The gentleman there have always been super professional and friendly and I spoke with a woman on the phone and she was the same!! Appreciate the team at uhaul on 69

stephen g | First ImpressionsI am a 63 yr old female. I had been renting / storage units for the past 6 months. Rented a 20 ft truck. I was called by uhaul saying they needed equipment at the drop off location. It was a toy hauler. So I put my car on it got wheel straps. When they wanted to charge my card $1 for the toy hauler when I say uhaul asked me to take it. I got a smart remark from Colton saying your car is on it it’s yours now Then I was told it would be a $10 charge to put my wheel straps on then they said they couldn’t do it It all ended well but I did not like the attitudes of the assistant manager and Colton
PAMELA H | Overall ExperienceRenting the truck there was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, fast, and super helpful. However, we had our things in the unit for 2 and a half weeks and there was already rat droppings on our things. We have a baby and cannot be exposed to those health hazards. That is the only reason I wouldn't recommend the storage portion to anyone. If there was better pest control it would be a 10/10

Rojean M | Online Move InEverything was always great. I had my storage unit for over 10 years and the staff was always excellent and the place was always clean. A few times I had issues with my pass card but really other than that it was all good. I had to give it up because it got too expensive. Started at around $50/mo and was over $100 most recently so I decided I can live without it but overall it was a great experience.
SUSAN J | Overall ExperienceThe dock area at this facility is very congested with both customer and Uhaul trucks. Not an easy access facility. The overall service from all the associates was very good.

They saw that I was stressed and didn’t understand what was going on and they diffused me and talked me through the process and answered every question I had. They then went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of since I was on a time crunch.

REX L | Overall Experiencethis U-haul is very busy so you have to wait and wait. Hard to get through on the phone to the location. I did have a good experience with the gal that helped me close out of storage. She was knowledgeable and was able to walk me through it.
laurie s | Overall ExperienceThe area by the back dock is treachero us. The 20 foot and 26 foot trucks have a hard time backing into the area. There are too many trailers and hitches in the way to back up correctly when people have a trailer on the back of the truck, they proceed too far into the driving area, which can cause an accident. Something needs to change.
