I was called by uhaul saying they needed equipment at the drop off location. It was a toy hauler. So I put my car on it got wheel straps. When they wanted to charge my card $1 for the toy hauler when I say uhaul asked me to take it. I got a smart remark from Colton saying your car is on it it’s yours now Then I was told it would be a $10 charge to put my wheel straps on then they said they couldn’t do it It all ended well but I did not like the attitudes of the assistant manager and Colton
PAMELA H | Overall ExperienceRenting the truck there was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, fast, and super helpful. However, we had our things in the unit for 2 and a half weeks and there was already rat droppings on our things. We have a baby and cannot be exposed to those health hazards. That is the only reason I wouldn't recommend the storage portion to anyone. If there was better pest control it would be a 10/10

Rojean M | Online Move InEverything was always great. I had my storage unit for over 10 years and the staff was always excellent and the place was always clean. A few times I had issues with my pass card but really other than that it was all good. I had to give it up because it got too expensive. Started at around $50/mo and was over $100 most recently so I decided I can live without it but overall it was a great experience.

They saw that I was stressed and didn’t understand what was going on and they diffused me and talked me through the process and answered every question I had. They then went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of since I was on a time crunch.
