The worst every ... was not professional at all. The office always smelt like weed. My clicker never worked . And the office open and closed when ever they are ready. After ending my contract, they still charged me. And I had to wait five business days to get my refund.

Ernest H | First ImpressionsOverall the staff were extremely helpful, quick and always there when I needed to ask anything. Everything was easy to set up, access and move-out was easy. Although, as we were moving out I needed to use the outside restroom which is great they provide. You can tell it was once nice and clean. But it smelled of urine, toilet paper pieces everywhere, no toilet paper or soap. Still prefer this over my last storage.
