Overall the staff were extremely helpful, quick and always there when I needed to ask anything. Everything was easy to set up, access and move-out was easy. Although, as we were moving out I needed to use the outside restroom which is great they provide. You can tell it was once nice and clean. But it smelled of urine, toilet paper pieces everywhere, no toilet paper or soap. Still prefer this over my last storage.

But between the pickup truck in Salem Massachusetts, and the way your employee behave there, to the giving me a smaller room then I had originally booked, even though I explained what I had, but I was able to get a larger room, to picking up a second U-Haul truck to move my stuff out of storage, to your employee who obviously doesn't enjoy her job, to her manager who when I spoke to him about it right after she got off the phone with him, I realize how she felt comfortable doing that because he doesn't care either. I'm hoping I never have to use your services again
