Never can call a local number , weeds all over, ruts which makes it tricky pulling a camper trailer out…. Overall bad experience. And then the prices increase for crap! Moved less than 1/2 mile away and it’s a 1/3 of the price

Jack J | First ImpressionsThe storage unit was fine. The problem is with the manager, Jessica. She is rude, aggressive and downright mean. She starts ranting and yelling before she even knows what is going on. She is incapable of handling her job. We were out of our unit before our months end. I called the main office and they left an internal message. She confirmed the message. Additionally,we spoke to her in person that we were out of the unit and yet she still charged my card for payment. She may not be bright but at least she's obnoxious. payment.
