Rented a unit with a truck, couldnt get access to the facility, had to go back and put everything that needed to be stored in stored in storage into my garage in front of stuff that was needed in the house. Really messed up my whole move delaying the process months and also ended up costing me 10+ more hours of labor and hundreds of extra dollars was in term of moving help. Talked to the manager twice and was told they would get back to me, never did.

ISAIAH W | Online Move InI have been very unhappy with my experience since U-Haul took over the storage facility! My unit was broken into and had asked for the police report as well as any video footage, GM agreed to get it to us, and it never happened. I did not feel safe storing my belongings. Many if not all of my items were ruined due to moisture, there would be puddles of water in the unit and was told nothing could be done about it. Just a very unsatisfactory experience in all. I would be ashamed of how this place has been run and managed, but I know that nothing will ever be done about this feedback and very disappointed. Have been a customer for 3 years + and not a single good thing to say about U-Haul.
