Incroyable. J'ai loué mon équipement a l'autre bout de la ville et il m'ont dit c'est la seule place en ville pour le louer. L'équipement n'était pas prêt la facture inexacte et l'adresse de retour n"était pas celle que j'avais demandé. Une des plus mauvaises expérience de service a la clientèle que j'ai connu. Ils ne m'ont pas offert de déduire le kilométrage supplémentaire suite a Leur erreur. PLUS JAMAIS JE NE FERAI AFFAIRE AVEC EUX...

Je suis très désappointé d'avoir reçu la facture uniquement en anglais. Aucune communication en Français. Même le questionnaire de satisfaction est en anglais. On est au Québec, un peu de respect pour vos clients. La prochaine fois j'irai ou on peut communiquer en français. Jean Claude Bedard

J'ai tenté de louer un camion via votre site web avec l'option de check in rapide et finalement votre sit web m'a prévu un pick up à un place où il n'y avait pas de pick up 24/7, j'ai donc dû retourner à la succursale pour avoir mon camion. En plus de ne pas sauver de temps, j'en ai perdu. Aucun de vos employés ne s'est excusé du contre-temps. Je fais affaire avec cette succursale depuis plusieurs années, j'ai toujours un service plutôt pauvre. C'était probablement la dernière fois que je fais affaire avec vous.

I know it was out of everyone's control, but it was a little annoying that we could not get a truck until a couple of hours later than our reservation, and almost did not get one at all. I'm glad it worked out in the end.



Attention car les essuies-glaces étaient à changer quand j'ai obtenu le camion donc sur le trajet Québec Montréal ils essuyaient mal le brise-brise. Ça laissait une trace de saleté en plein dans mon champ de vision; pas très sécuritaire pour conduire...

Le camion était propre mais aurait besoin d’un bon entretien. Les pneus avant étaient pas mal usés et il aurait besoin d’un enlignement. Sinon le reste était parfait.

Have a fuel meter that works, I just filled the gas tank and the U-Haul rep charged me extra for the ''missing fuel'' I asked him to come wioth me to the gas station to see that the truck is full, he said no ill charge you anyway WTF ?! really ....

I had reserved a truck for 8h30am. The truck was rented for 4 hours. When I arrived, I had to wait 30 minutes in line before I could talk to a representative. The person at the desk was very nice. When done, it was 9h15. I went in the yard to pick the truck. A person took my papers and showed me the truck, opened the door and invited me to sit in the driver's seat. After checking gas and mileage, he told me I was good to go so I went. But it was 9h30 and I had lost a full hour. So I've been rushed all along because I wanted to bring the truck back in time.Arrived at my first destination I saw that the rear door of the truck was wide open. It had not been closed prior to my departure. In addition, I had rented a trolley cart but it wasn't there. So I had to do the move without it, since it had not been put in the truck. When I brought the truck back, there was a big line up of trucks. I searched for someone in the yard but found no one. Then in the garage I saw someone so I went to inquire who was doing the returns. He just sent me back in the yard, not very friendly. Then finally the same man who let me leave with the truck's rear door wide open and no trolley cart showed up from somewhere. I was trying to talk to him but he was pretty much ignoring me. Fortunately he was relieved by another man who was very well spoken with nice manners and friendly. Jeez what a relief to finally have someone who gave a sh*t. He took care quickly of the trucks in front of mine and I could finally return my truck and leave. I thought this guy was the manager and I even asked him. But he told me he was only a temporary employee working only the week-ends and that he liked what he was doing. So I told him that would be nice if all the other guys in the yard were like him because frankly they all seemed fed up with their job and that was very annoying. Fortunately, a friend of mine told me about another U-Haul location where the service if top class, so I will just not return the the place I went and try the other one next time even if it's farther from my location.

cube 21 pieds sur lequel la porte conducteur ne ferme pas correctement. Ensuite, un joint sur la transmission ou sur le driving shaft est sur le point de se briser. Disons que ça nous a stressé pendant tout le voyage. Quand j'ai mentionné ce point au personnel, la seule réponse que j'ai eu c'est qu'il y avait du brin de scie dans le camion - que j'ai enlevé en 23 secondes... Bref, j'ai fait 2 locations chez Uhaul cette semaine mais cette dernière me confirme que c'était la dernière et je vais partager ceci avec mon entourage.

I'm used to rental cars being ready and parked in front of the office when renting a car. Waiting for somebody to go get it for 10 min. is using time I payed for. Maybe I just should have been there earlier, for that it would be useful to know beforehand how much time I should plan.

A few things: - I wasn't told there would be a 25$ charge for cleaning the truck, and no broom was provided for me to clean it myself prior return; - Even though I said from the start that I could return the truck late, I was never told that would cost me extra rental fees (twice the basic rental fees + twice the insurance).

Why is that message written in English whereas I'm a frecnh native speaker ?? I filled all the fields on the internet and got a pretty message "you juste cut your time in half" but when I arrived on the day of the rent the woman at the reception asked me all questions again ! Then she asked me to wait outside for a man that would come and give me the keys, I waited 10 minutes in the freezing wind before a man came without apologizing. The final price was far over what I expected. Really disappointed. Will never rent again there.



Im renting at this location for many years and since few months, i have very bad experiences with some of tour employes. One guy named Imbeault is not give good experiences client honestly. Each time i go at this location, they alwys have problems qith customers. During my last rental, one of the customer received discrimination comment from Him and it was seriously inappropriate... im sure you received this complain from this customer already. I was Sunday February 18. Customers experiences is the key of sucess in business right now. Arrive at 9h05 got my véhicule at 9h45, only two custumer in front of me. Such a waste if time. Then when I returned the vehicule it tooks 20min for someone to come to me. Employees dont seems to enjoy their jobs at ALL. There is clearly a big problem with the management.



Le processus de location et de retour de véhicule est vraiment long. De plus je me questionne sur le fait, lors du retour du véhicule, de tester les lumières signalisation et de freins alors que nous ne les testons pas au départ.

Trailers need inspection before the clients pick them up. By the staff first. We didn't look inside the trailer before leaving. Unfortunately ours missed two trailer anchors on six. Luckily we had enough webbing to tie the loading. I told them about our insatisfaction.

Les coûts étaient plus élevés que rapportés par une autre succursale. L'endroit pour rapporter la remorque n'était pas la bonne. Ils refusaient de prendre la remorque. Ils nous disaient que nous aurions dû recevoir un courriel avec le changement d’adresse. Nous ne l'avons jamais reçu. Nous avons reçu le courriel de confirmation de location la journée après avoir retourné l'équipement.

Excellent service



I had have issues in the past with u-haul services, equipement quality and billing from different location. Not this Time, everything went well fast and smooth from the gentleman on the phone for the reservation to the one handling the trailer and also the right billing. Very good improvement!
