The office staff were very friendly and helpful from the beginning. I was there almost 2 years and was very satisfied. The lady in the office was very sweet and polite. She was also very helpful when needed. The only reason I left the unit is cause I moved.

Other than that I had no major problems. I can honestly say i would recommend this storage facility to a friend.
