Overall it's one of the worst storage rental experience that I personally has ever had. I would certainly be reluctant to recommend 900 N Lombardy Richmond, VA. 23220 to any close friends or loved ones.
JOHN P | Overall ExperienceThe only down fall about the facility to me was that after moving out my unit and cleaning out the space I had a box that needed to be put in the trash and I was told that I couldn’t put my trash in the dumpster as if I was taking trash out my car and putting it in there, I didn’t like that at all after having my unit for over a year and six months.
Felecia D | Overall ExperienceSometimes the customer service was great and sometimes it wasn’t it all depends on you had working in the store, but you can’t be working with the public. If you have attitudes like you don’t want to come to work and it’s everybody but as soon as you don’t pay your bill in a timely manner when you ask them not to intercept your funds they do it anyway no one was authorized to do that it was only for one month. I could see if it was two and three months. They’re so desperate for money. They just go intercept your phones out your account just because you didn’t pay it when you say that you were like they wasn’t going get their money I have had this storage for about five or six years so bad they did what they did. I did what I had to do change to another storage
