I had my storage unit since 2022. The best thing about having my unit was getting to meet Tasha Carr. She is the absolute best. During my interactions with her, Ms. Tasha was always kind, always patient, always professional, always knowledgeable, always respectful, always concerned and always attentive. She displays the best customer service skills and was very encouraging and reassuring every time the cost of the storage unit increased. She is the reason why I stayed as long as I did. Ms. Tasha is top tier. I am grateful and blessed to have met her.

howard k | Overall ExperienceVery expensive for the unit but maybe it's because of the location. Charged me $50 to cut my own locks off the unit because I forgot my keys after I flew one way. Did not prorate the unit moving out mid way through the month. All of the other U-Haul units ive rented prorated me for the month, extremely disappointing. The ladies in the office were very friendly and as helpful as the could be.
