Neighborhood locations were very friendly but UHaul reservations was not that great. They called me the day before my rental to tell me that my trailer was not available when getting ready to move my daughter back to college. Only offered a pickup location that was 45 miles away (55 minute drive) with no adjustments to my fee, regardless of the extra cost to me to travel 2 hours to pick up the trailer. The new scheduled location closes at 3:00 and I scheduled it for 3:00. Vendor was not happy that they didn’t recognize that when I ran into traffic and arrived several minutes late because they had to stay open to honor the reservation. A simple look in the system could have avoided this and I would have adjusted my pickup time. The drop off location was also not carried over from my original reservation and it took two phone calls to get it figured out. I was prepared to just drop it off at the nearest location and leave it. Wait times were pretty short for customer service and they were helpful. More notice would have allowed me to change my plans or use a different company. Overall all a poor experience, but luckily the neighborhood U-Haul locations were flexible and polite.

The trailer needs a tounge jack. Too heavy to not be blocked up or have a tounge jack to allow easy connection. You have high risk of someone hurting thier back and you having a lawsuit. Recommend fixing issue.
