I have been there for several rentals and now a storage unit. If I had an issue they would fix the issue and send me on my way. See you guys next I need a rental and/or storage unit.
Felicia J | Overall ExperienceOne suggestion is to have someone from security available on the weekends. When the alarm is triggered on Friday, it stays active the entire weekend, which prevents the automatic door from opening and causes an inconvenience.

Mariam J | Overall ExperienceStaff was helpful. Unfortunately, the only problems , I encountered. That the unit 1211 already at lock on like it belongs to someone else so I could unload the uhaul as planned. I had people helping me and I only had them the same amount of time as the Uhaul truck. The 2nd part is the truck was scheduled back by 12 midnight. I called your customer service because this was an emergency and I didn't know what to do after hours with issues. The rep said she was going to send a message to the store and manager of my dilemma. Plus told me to be back at your location at 7am when you open. She could not fix my issues. This has been a bit stressful since now I am alone unloading this truck after I come to the store. Plus I still have to go back to the apartment and finish the process. I hope someone in the morning can retify these matters for me. Thanks agan . I would still recommend Uhaul and this location even all this. Things happen and I believe they will fjx to my satisfaction. .

When I moved in the controlled temperature was 85 degrees which seemed like a high temperature for the cost of the storage unit. Staff was very friendly when I moved out. Staff was rude and argumentative the day I moved IN.
