it's not what it was advertised as online. There is no drive up to your unit like it shows. Very disappointed with having to walk all the way to my storage unit. Will never use it again.

KAI H | Overall ExperienceThere were no hours listed on any documents that we received regarding the storage hours - I had to ask and was told 5AM to 10PM every day. When we came back the same day that I signed up,Sunday 7/26/26 at 8:00 PM, we could not get in the outside garage doors. I don't know if there is a phone number for us to call in an emergency - I did not see any phone # listed. It was extremely frustrating, to say the least.
