It’s Tuesday and dropped off last Saturday- U-Haul recovery team has reached out saying I didn’t return; have talked to multiple people at Brooklyn park store and nobody knows. Absolutely ridiculous

FAITH N | Overall ExperienceI rented a storage unit at this U-Haul location for about four months. I got the first month free as per the rent a truck promotion. My unit was so clean and easy to move in. I had access to my storage unit all the time. I did not encounter any issue whatsoever. When I moved out, all my things were still intact, no damage to any of my belongings. The storage units are climate controlled, so my things were well protected. The staff at this location are so helpful, friendly and professional. Don’t look anywhere else if you’re looking to rent a moving truck or storage unit. You will have an amazing experience at this location. Thank you U-Haul Brooklyn Park for your professionalism and friendliness, I will definitely recommend you to anyone.

Izola M | First Impressionsi have rented trucks and storage from this facility many times. I always had good experience until this time! I was told to go to the wrong truck and could not find the correct one I tried calling the phone number and kept getting coward to the 1890 #:( I told the Ms aged that I would be coming after 9 because my helpers could t come u til then. I was not told that there was no access after 10! I left my purse and my storage unit open because we had one last load to take out and I would have been able to close out the storage unit the next day! Instead, we were locked out! I called the emergency number and no one answered. I called the 1-800 # but all she did was call the emergency number with no luck. Then I called the police, but they could t do anything unless I left a baby in there. I told the manager the next morning that I called the emergency number and no one answered m. He said he goes to sleep at 8 pm and turns his phone off‼️ Totally unacceptable 🤬 I feel that I should be co Or dated for my anxiety and wasted time abd the bad information that I received.
