Used a 5x5 unit for 4+ years while we lived in a small apartment. The high ceiling allowed us to stack lots of totes and lots of our seasonal decorations. It does collect dust over time due to the outdoor location. Overall good value for us.

There is no lighting on the inside which was fine with me. Good location and paying online was a breeze. Packing up and leaving was easy with clear directions.

allan e | Overall ExperienceThere were several mice. I called the office and they told me it was my responsibility to put out mouse poison. I would take pictures every few days of mice dead on a sticky trap. We had to move all of our boxes out after one month and keep somewhere else because mouse droppings were in every box. There also must have been a leak in the roof because there was about a 4 x 4 foot area of ice in the unit in the middle of the floorThe owner was very standoffish and rude to me. I would not recommend this storage facility.

It maybe helpful to try to get rid of them OR at least let you customers know it would be in their best interest to get mice traps or something.
