For almost 20 years I have rented a unit at 5900 National Road in Richmond. I hadn’t been to the unit since I moved my mom’s things in. I was so grateful when I opened it up and saw that everything was in great shape. There were no bugs or water damage. It was perfect and I’m so thankful. In addition, Sarah Taylor the general manager of the facility at 3150 National Road in Richmond was instrumental in helping me rent a UBOX to bring my things home to California. She suggested it early in this process and got me a quote that was reasonable. She walked me through getting my keys and how to access my unit. She went above and beyond to assist me with a difficult process of moving out and getting the things across the country. She still is available to me for all my questions and concerns. I could not have done this without her help.
