Manager Fawn was truly rude. I lost my key and needed to have lock drilled. Called and spoke to desk about it on Tuesday. Came to have it drilled on weds. She acted like she had never heard of me and VERY put out that she had to get off her chair and get the employee to help me. I will not recommend your facility to anyone,due to Fawns terrible customer service. This is at the Rochester MI location

watchers o | Overall ExperienceThe only issue I have is not being able to access my billing, ie, my invoices, statements, etc., through my U-Haul account. Uhaul billing resources are NOT customer forward and cumbersome at best.

So I did witness people just walking right into the storage areas without entering their codes. I do hope that you were able to fix this door issue. However, near my unit there was a leak coming from the ceiling in the hallway and one in front of my unit. There would be blankets laid out to control the water, but it was concerning that if the leak was larger water could leak into the units. The garage doors seemed like they were being repaired constantly. Once one was fixed it seemed like the other one wouldn’t work. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
