ALLAN P | Overall ExperienceMy unit was on the second floor. There was no elevator or ramp. It was difficult to get things in and out. When the lock wasn’t working, I had to find someone who works there but office hours did not match well on the weekends at all. I had a housefire and only needed a short term rental. Other pods were given the first month for free but because I didn’t rent a truck in another destination and drive it over I had to pay for the first month. That seems ridiculous since the advertisement was not clear about that. The line to return the truck was insane, and the staff left promptly at closing time with a long line of people waiting to return their trucks.

Ann D | Overall ExperiencePlease note the drive in near my unit 1043, I was able to drive into door 2 BUT couldn’t drive out the same door as it wouldn’t open , I had to maneuver my car so that I could back out from door #1 that was the only exit door that would open , it was annoying otherwise my years of using your storage was great !!

Facility clean, safe and convenient. Staff friendly and super helpful. I hope I don’t have a reason to rent storage units again :) but if I do, we will absolutely use you!!
