Both my mom and I have had storage units here for over the past decade combined, and both of us had a great experience! I am moving out of state and needed assistance figuring everything out (emptying a storage unit, and driving a truck vs taking a trailer etc) Bill was able to help me figure out the best way to transport my belongings, and was able to install a hitch on my car same day! I highly recommend this U-Haul facility for any storage or moving assistance that you need!

Manager Fawn was truly rude. I lost my key and needed to have lock drilled. Called and spoke to desk about it on Tuesday. Came to have it drilled on weds. She acted like she had never heard of me and VERY put out that she had to get off her chair and get the employee to help me. I will not recommend your facility to anyone,due to Fawns terrible customer service. This is at the Rochester MI location

So I did witness people just walking right into the storage areas without entering their codes. I do hope that you were able to fix this door issue. Other than that, we had a fantastic experience with this Uhaul and will definitely use your services again when needed.

However, near my unit there was a leak coming from the ceiling in the hallway and one in front of my unit. There would be blankets laid out to control the water, but it was concerning that if the leak was larger water could leak into the units. The garage doors seemed like they were being repaired constantly. Once one was fixed it seemed like the other one wouldn’t work. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
