I am moving out of state and needed assistance figuring everything out (emptying a storage unit, and driving a truck vs taking a trailer etc) Bill was able to help me figure out the best way to transport my belongings, and was able to install a hitch on my car same day! I highly recommend this U-Haul facility for any storage or moving assistance that you need!

She acted like she had never heard of me and VERY put out that she had to get off her chair and get the employee to help me. I will not recommend your facility to anyone,due to Fawns terrible customer service. This is at the Rochester MI location

So I did witness people just walking right into the storage areas without entering their codes. I do hope that you were able to fix this door issue. Other than that, we had a fantastic experience with this Uhaul and will definitely use your services again when needed.
