My reservation (that I made twice) for a truck last july, never happened, the storage unit I rented was incorrect size, and then when I go to empty it, I left the keys in the drop box because it was after hours, went home and called customer service to inform them it was emptied, just to get emailed repeatedly the next day that there was a 'problem "charging my card" and now I owe a late fee. The lack of communication between company staff is ridiculous, and all the excuses made to customers is absurd. The worst experience ever.
