I need summer to call me asap as she signed me up with the unit and it was let go to James which he was never there untill he stole my unit cut off lock pretend it was his stuff and was never there it was in his name because we rented the truck and storage people said truck in his name so is unit but I been the only 9ne there he never was ever I have keys I had code he never knew it so as far as I'm concerned that theft do have summer call 0leade 507n722 5558 as also all info numbers emails all in my name so not sure how he got to be in there to begin with Jennifer
James T. | Overall ExperienceIt was a little challenging to make an online reservation but the gentlemen in the Uhaul facility in Rochester on Commerce Drive made it SO EASY!! He was a lifesaver, I am very thankful to him for simplifying a complicated undertaking for me.

The operator was not helpful and did not have good information about setting up my account. Later in the day I was able I get through to the local facility in Rochester, Mn where I wanted to rent the unit. Chaz was great to deal with and got me set up with the storage unit I needed very efficiently.

My first interaction of purchasing a storage unit didn't go well, the unit I was assigned was full upon arrival, after this I was called twice due my direct payments being mishandled by the front desk staff. The one good interaction was with Ira, who was calling me to collect my second mishandled direct deposit. Ira was very nice, after I gave him a piece of my mind on the multiple mishandlings and ineptitude of the other employees there. If I were you I'd give Ira a raise, he seems to be your best employee.

Cecilia Z. | First ImpressionsI went to the store to update my information for my shed on Thursday June 30th, knowing my truck wouldn't be there until Saturday. I went to the shed on Saturday and the shed was locked. I had to drive back to the store to find out what was up. The manager could not find the keys to the shed. So we had to be moved to a different shed after we had already opened the truck and had initially started moving it out. When the Uhaul placed the lock they should have checked to see if it was empty! It was rectified but it took over 30 minutes. I was just disappointed in the manager and her attitude after having such a wonderful and very helpful experience in Utica NY.
