OLEKSIY S | First ImpressionsThe manager Wayne was very rude, I got a unit online and paid but for some reason it did not show up in their system I showed him bank statement with it charging me $144.95. and he would do absolutely nothing for me except give me attitude when I wanted a refund or the unit I paid for. Luckily the other gentleman went above and beyond to get me in a unit. But I would reconsider who u have running the office Wayne Johnson is just rude and inconsiderate.m

SHAWN P | Overall ExperienceGood overall truck and storage experience, especially due to the helpful workers at the Civic Center Drive location. Only real inconvenience was not being able to reach the local office by telephone, requiring me to come in, in person, several times, to be sure of things (it's a busy time of year for U-Haul). No apparent office at the Hadley site also made things a bit more inconvenient for me. I would use the Hadley storage site again--good location for me, and it was clean/secure.
Robert A | Overall ExperienceAccess to staff in person is not available. Access to staff by phone is difficult as they often are new, complain of no training with your computer database, and often request calling back later. The storage facility is fine but there just is no on site support staff. Saves money but is not customer friendly in my opinion

SHANNON S | First ImpressionsThe rental experience was very good except for the checkout. I completed it online and submitted pictures on 12/30/23. I received the confirmation email that the checkout was submitted. The next email that I received was on 1/5/24. It stated that, "We have not received your monthly payment for storage room #2. The rent was due on 1/2/2024. A late fee of $15.00 has been charged to your account." I replied to the late notice email with a copy of the checkout confirmation email. The error was corrected later in the day, but it was similar to an experience I had earlier in 2023 where I completed the checkout but still received a late notice.
