Loui and Mo are exceptional people! The moving process is already a chore no one truly enjoys but they helped my experience a lot easier by accommodations they offered. I just adore them for their hospitality's. This is a great place to rent from.

We had bought a lock for our unit from them but once we came to pick up our items he suggested we should have bought one somewhere else. When we entered our unit we noticed that a few of our new, still in the box tools were missing. We feel taken advantage of and will not be using storage again because of this experience.
