PETER A. | Overall ExperienceProperty is well kept and amazing. Every person we worked with on staff was helpful, accommodating and kind. My only feedback is that it was disappointing to not get a monthly invoice or receipt of payment stub. I got the first 3 months and got the move out last invoice yesterday, so I know it wasn't my email rejecting. I did call a few times asking for this to be fixed but it never seemed to happen. I would find out from my CC statement of the every 5-6mth price increase. That was frustrating. I would 100% recommend your facility but I would be sure to caveat with the expectation of what you are originally quoted will continue to climb the longer you are there. From a marketing and retention/attrition perspective I'd of though it would have been reverse. Incentivize people to stay for the duration of there need. I'm sure you'll have to take that into consideration as more competition comes in. But again, your team was nice and the facility was clean so I appreciated the quality! Thks!
