Tamara is a gem and Rock Star General Manager! I have experience nothing but exceptional customer service full of empathy, compassion, knowledge, helpful assistance and pleasant & kind care. Last few years was recovering from cancer Miracle and then broke right shoulder. Anytime I had a concern during this time she was very helpful. She is a very proactive, hard working & ethical asset to your company! I've been a customer with U-haul for over 20 years (different locations & many truck rentals) and employees like Tamara is why! Mario was who helped me when first rented 2 units. He is a Rock Star as well!

This was, hands down, the absolute best experience I have ever had with a storage facility. The staff was incredible, especially Tamara Vaughn. They treated us better than family. I will absolutely recommend everyone I know to this facility. Thank you for everything.

MICHAEL R | First ImpressionsHaving been a loyal U-Haul customer for years I stored my family's belongings at this facility. It was a horrible experience. I know now that the facility regularly floods. They way that it is built It will continue to. When it rains the water pours in under the outside glass doors and destroyed our things and may other people's. It is not a one off experience I have photo evidence and have read similar complaints. We will be making an insurance claim and would like a full refund of all storage fees paid to this very horrible storage facility. The staff is friendly and does their best to help but they can not get the owner to make the necessary repairs.
