Hank V | Overall ExperienceI do think you should pro rate when I paid for full month when I had it out on the 11th , should I have kept my stuff there for 20 more days. If you look into how many years I have used your facility, not only storage but rented trucks. I wish you reconsider your price for 11 days. With that said I want to commend your choice of management because Tamara Vaughn and her staff is the most professional group I have ever dealt with. Please acknowledge them and store staff.
NELDA C | Overall ExperienceThe alarm system/ code to get in and out was not working properly so it was a bit annoying. Other than that, the staff are so so friendly and helpful and the facility is so clean!! Ive recommended the facility to numerous family and friends.

I have experience nothing but exceptional customer service full of empathy, compassion, knowledge, helpful assistance and pleasant & kind care. Last few years was recovering from cancer Miracle and then broke right shoulder. Anytime I had a concern during this time she was very helpful. She is a very proactive, hard working & ethical asset to your company! I've been a customer with U-haul for over 20 years (different locations & many truck rentals) and employees like Tamara is why! Mario was who helped me when first rented 2 units. He is a Rock Star as well!
