We moved from a larger unit to a smaller one. Normally we have no problems. Service and access are great.Staff was great. There was a problem with the computer system in regard to the access card. The card would not work so we will have to come back next week and see if it works or get a new card.

Hank V | Overall ExperienceI do think you should pro rate when I paid for full month when I had it out on the 11th , should I have kept my stuff there for 20 more days. If you look into how many years I have used your facility, not only storage but rented trucks. I wish you reconsider your price for 11 days. With that said I want to commend your choice of management because Tamara Vaughn and her staff is the most professional group I have ever dealt with. Please acknowledge them and store staff.
